Manchester – Accommodation

These accommodations are within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance from the training centre.

These are like flats. Each flat has 2 to 3 rooms. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with 3 to 4 other doctors in the same flat.

Rent will be as follows:

Single room rent is £22.00 per night.

Double room rent is £17.00 per night per person (2 people in the same room).

Accommodation rent has to be paid by bank transfer only before your check-in day. 

We have separate flats for Ladies and Gents.

If you caused any damages you will have to pay for the damages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Accommodation:

1. Once you email us the check in and check out dates and we reply to your email stating that we have reserved the place, it will be considered as you have agreed our terms and conditions and that you have booked the accommodation (reservation) even if the rent is not paid at the time of booking.

There is no cancellation once you book the accommodation for any reason. 

2. You need to pay the full amount of rent for the entire period of the accommodation booking on or before the check in date.  This amount will be non-refundable.
3. Once you have booked the accommodation and do not pay the rent on or before the check in date, you will not be allowed to attend the course or practice in the centre or take the mock tests.
4. You can either prepone or postpone the booking period (total duration should not be lesser than the original booking duration)  if you wish, but there is no cancellation. However, we can prepone or postpone the booking only if the accommodation is available at that time.

If you want to postpone the accommodation booking you need to email us at least 3 days before the original check in date. 

After booking accommodation, if you wish to postpone (or wish to leave the accommodation early before the actual check out date)
your stay due to any unavoidable circumstances and do not wish to use the room for the booking period, you can utilize the unused nights later on for the future within one year from your first course start date. We can postpone accommodation booking only if you have emailed us 3 days  ( verbal request will not be considered) before you leave the accommodation. However, in the future we can book the accommodation only if the room is available for that particular period and the rent will not be refunded if the accommodation is not available even if it is within one year period.

If in any rare circumstances we do not have a place available for you when you come, we may accommodate you in a nearby hotel until the place is available in our accommodation.

Facilities available in the accommodation are  – fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric hot plate, iron box and iron board, kettle, cutlery and a few utensils. Free wifi is also available.

Pillow, Bed, bed sheet, Duvet and duvet cover also will be provided.  If you wish you can bring your own linen.

There is central heating in all the accommodation.

We have a bedside chest drawer with a latch in some of the accommodation. We advise you to bring a small padlock with you so that you can keep your valuables under lock. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your valuables.

Drinking Alcohol or smoking or using any kind of recreational drugs in the accommodation is strictly not allowed.

Visitors are strictly not allowed in the accommodation.

If we find out you allowed any visitors in the room we will not refund your deposit as well as you may end up paying extra money.

Check in time on the day of your arrival for the accommodation is 9.30am till 7pm only. If you come later than 7.00pm you may need to stay in a hotel and come to our accommodation the next day.

If you wish to postpone your accommodation booking, then you need to email us at least 3 days prior to your check in date.

On the day of check-out: Please note you need to check out with your luggage before 12 noon UK time on your check out date. In any situation where you have to stay in the accommodation or you may have to leave your luggage in the room after 12noon, then unfortunately you will have to pay the rent for that day as well.

You need to come to our Training centre first and pay the rent and then our accommodation manager will take you to the accommodation. Our training centre address is –  308 Moseley Road, Levenshulme, Manchester. M19 2LH.

Sometimes you may need to wait in the centre for a few hours for our accommodation manager to take you to the accommodation.
